An overview of our returns policy

RETURNS

We do not offer Returns or refunds on Personalised or blinged items.
Unless:
Where a mistake has been made in the order i.e. Spelling mistake, incorrect colour. 


We also offer refunds on damaged goods (up to 30 days after purchase) where you can provide adequate proof the damage was done prior to reciept of goods.

After evaluation - Once a case has been deemed adequate for a refund, the item must be returned at the buyers cost. Once the item has been received, a refund will be issued. (all refunds are subject to bank transfer speeds. Check with your bank to see timeframe before the money appears in your account)

There are no refunds for postage delays e.g. due to covid, postal errors or delays.

DELIVERY

All orders have up to 10 days (this may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances) processing prior to dispatch as each order is custom made to order! This doesn't include any/all changes that may occur within our supply chain, due to peak periods or as a result of COVID-19 or any other health pandemic. We may update our processing times to reflect changes in circumstances.

International shipping is stated to be from 3-12 working days depending on location. European countries is stated to take 3-4 whilst all other zones may take longer. 

Domestic Standard Shipping (2-5 working days) Costs - £3.50; Total Mail 24hr - £5; Royal Mail next day guaranteed tracked - £10. However all domestic orders over £50 include free shipping (Although you may still chose to upgrade to faster delivery). International shipping is £20 Flat rate for tracked worldwide shipping. International shipping is free when purchase value is £110 or higher.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies.
